1. Booking & Payment
- A confirmed booking is only secured upon full payment.
- We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment approved through our booking platforms or direct reservation system.
- Prices may vary depending on the season, day of the week, and length of stay.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM or later on the day of arrival
- Check-out: 11:00 AM on the day of departure
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Our cancellation policy is stated on each booking channel (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) and must be reviewed at the time of booking.
- Direct bookings are subject to our own cancellation terms, which may include full, partial, or no refund depending on notice given.
- Security deposits may be refunded within 7 days of checkout, pending inspection.
4. Guest Conduct
- No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and must be done respectfully.
- No parties or events without prior written permission.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless prior approval is given.
5. Pets
- Pets are permitted only at certain properties, and only with prior approval and payment of the pet fee.
- Guests must clean up after pets and ensure they do not damage the property or disturb neighbors.
6. Occupancy
- The maximum number of guests permitted is as listed in the booking confirmation.
- Exceeding occupancy limits without approval may result in cancellation without refund and loss of security deposit.
7. Damage & Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or contents during their stay.
- A security deposit may be charged and held temporarily to cover potential damages.
- Costs exceeding the deposit may be pursued through the booking platform or legal means.
8. Liability
- We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables during your stay.
- Guests are advised to keep doors and windows locked when not present.
- Use of the property and amenities is at your own risk.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any cancellation or change due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or utility outages.
10. Privacy
- Guest information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is never sold or shared outside of necessary business operations.
11. Disputes
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any guest who violates these terms.
