Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancel 30 days or more before check-in – receive a full 100% refund.
- Cancel 14–30 days before check-in – receive a 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 14 days before check-in – no refund.
Each booking channel (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, or our direct site) may have slightly different terms. We follow the cancellation policy listed on your reservation.
For direct bookings, we’ll review refund eligibility based on the cancellation window above.
Bitcoin Payment Policy
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- All Bitcoin payments are non-refundable.
- In the event of a qualifying cancellation, a credit only may be issued at our discretion.
- Credits are non-transferable and valid for a future stay, subject to availability.
- The rental amount is quoted in USD and converted to Bitcoin at the exchange rate at the moment payment is processed.
- No adjustments will be made for Bitcoin price fluctuations before or after payment.
